From gentle woodland walks to summitting Munros, Muckrach provides a base for walkers of all levels to enjoy the outdoors. Closest to home, Dulnain Bridge offers five short walks from Dulnain Bridge along community paths. At the other end of the scale, the closest munros are Bynack More and Cairn Gorm. Fishing

The River Spey provides one of the most iconic rivers to pursue the Scottish Atlantic Salmon. Famous for its pristine water, stunning scenery and for being the home of the ‘Spey Cast’, the river finds itself on many fishermen’s bucket list. Even closer to the Castle, you will find River Dulnain, a tributary of the Spey.
